I am an Aussie and I often hear mentioned Ground Turkey and graham crackers..I have a friend who is always cooking ground turkey. We only can get fresh turkey around Christmas time, from the supermaket shelves we can buy frozen thighs and frozen rolled Turkey,(i.e. not turkey rolled about). I'd love to be able to experiment with Ground Turkey, instead of beef or chicken..and the Graham crackers I hear about them on a lot of blogs, are they salty or sweet or both?

Everything else is always on my list, except maybe not cheerios, instead I would have Tim Tams..Carolhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12270420993376981101noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32175001.post-12813515630325390732007-05-10T23:50:00.000-04:002007-05-10T23:50:00.000-04:00Most of those are staples in our home. But, I can add tea bags, ranch dressing, mayonnaise, pickle relish, among many more. :) Staples used to mean flour, sugar, meal, salt and pepper..and maybe milk. The funny part is that I love to bake bread, but we never seem to go through it before it gets stale!
Anyway, some of our staples are milk (for Mark), apples (for me), garlic, onions, Cheddar cheese, frozen vegetables, Trader Joe's whole wheat bagels, eggs, sand alad fixings (we eat a LOT of salad around here).Bekahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11885742185596004004noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32175001.post-35467464968905559442007-05-10T16:53:00.000-04:002007-05-10T16:53:00.000-04:00Bev, I can't believe that I forgot eggs. I, too, have had less and have had more, but it all has come from God's hand. A loaf of bread always seems to go wasted around here.

Staples for us? 3, 4,5, 6, 7, 8, from your list. Added to that would be diapers, rice, broccoli, eggs, and cheddar cheese!!Beverlyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09631380533923755430noreply@blogger.com
