New Hairdo

Somebody has a new hairdo and looks a lot more like a little girl, rather than a toddler. This happened this morning and I think she likes it. Her mom tells me that right before taking this picture, Lena asked "PopPop and Nanna comin' to see you?" When her mama said no, she got really sad. How I wish we could go see her today! (Well, it's not that we can't, but we better save our trips for when they'e more necessary. That's not too far off.) Doesn't she look cute?

Well, she's making lots of changes getting ready for her baby sister. And she's dealing with big things, like two year molars, potty training, giving up bottles, etc. All through life we have our trials don't we?

My big girl - whatever happened to the baby? We went out briefly today and she was chanting: "poppop, nanna comin' to lena's house" pver and over. It was quite sad!

Yes, we do have our trials- although teething and potty training and giving up bottles sound like pretty big ones to me! :) She's precious.

Oh, I just love her hair. She will make it throuh all those trials just like the "ladies she loves" before her. I can't wait for her new baby to arrive. What a good little sister she will be. connie from Texas

She's a doll. Is she getting excited about the new baby? She'll always be the 'baby', though.

Our son's wife just had their second one, another boy. Their other son is a 4th grader, almost 10. But he's a helper with the baby.
