The Persecuted Church

For more Word Filled Wednesdays, visit Christy at Critty Joy.

We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body. 2 Corinthians 4:8-10

Just a reminder to remember the persecuted church in our prayers.

We forget how many in this world, especially in Islamic countries are persecuted for their faith...and with vows to take over more countries as their own I fear more of us or our children will know this persecution.
It is so sad to ask people why they fled their countries and to hear this reason over and over again.
